Mandia pitha|Ragi-rice coconut pancakes

Mandiya pitha are soft fluffy pancakes that can be had at any time of the day. These pancakes are hassle free as all pancakes are but with a tag of 'healthy' .Mandiya pitha is a completely vegan recipe if made with oil.Ragi is traditionally believed to be a body coolant and finds its way in most of the  food from the southern states.
