Clamped between kids exams, Ramadan schedule and prep to leave for homeland- hardly finding time to blog .Alhamdulillah the second ashraa of Ramadan has started (the second 10 days ).Due to time constraints for the reasons mentioned above I am unable to visit the blogs of my friends too .In Sha Allah will join you all after I am back from Vacations .Hope you all will shower the same love as you have bestowed upon me .
Today's post is a simple yet nourishing Mango -avocado salsa, which popped up in my mind after seeing some semi sweet untouched mangoes lying in the fridge .After all jugaad is what comes to rescue to wipe off some unliked stuff .
This time Alhamdulillah staying away from fried stuff this Ramadan except for some weekly indulgence ;after all we are humans (Indians )and our taste buds always crave for some spicy fried stuff after 14 -16 hrs if long fasting ...right.
So this simple salsa can satiate your cravings to an extent ; hope so .Served it with home fried papad and chips and it was amazing .My princess added Indian touch to it by adding chat masala to her bowl of salsa ,you can try it too for that extra kick !!!
