Here is a quick milk shake that can be whipped up in minutes .It is healthy as well as filling ,just serve a toast of bread and this milk shake and you are done with a healthy breakfast .Perfect for the after school hanger pangs .As it is Ramadan now it fits well for the iftar (time to break the fast) or suhoor ( pre-dawn meal) table too .

INGREDIENTS
- 500 ml milk (full cream)
- 1 mango (big size)
- sugar to taste
PROCEDURE
- Peel and chop mango.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz.
- Serve it chilled
TIPS
- I have used badami (variety of mango) ,so 1 was quite enough.
- If you are using Alphonso you will need 2 mangoes .
- For a healthier version replace with low fat milk and honey .
- I f you would like to flavour it you can add a pinch of cinnamon or cardamom to it
