Strawberry cake -celebrating 2 years of blogging| How to make strawberry cake from scratch

THE FOOD FACTORY   turns 2 (year old) this week , to precise on 18 September. A blog that came into being to keep my self occupied has now become my identity, a medium to channelize my creativity. Alhamdulillah 2 years have been a learning curve ,to enhance my abilities be it in writing or photography .

The past one year I have dedicated my self to tackle the  nuances of photography.My inclination towards photography has definitely given the blog new dimension ,don't you agree?I confess for being slow regarding the posts for the above said reason.This journey would not have been possible without your (readers) support.

A heartfelt thank you for being with me on this journey .

Celebrating this moment of joy with strawberry cake .Yup!!! berries are my favourite ,last year it was cranberry delight .Moist vanilla chiffon cake frosted with strawberry Bavarian cream and decorated with strawberries.I have used frozen strawberries ,but you can use fresh as well ,even better.
